A Riva steeped in history, preserved by one owner since new
Introduced in the late 1960s under the direction of Carlo Riva, the Riva Olympic is one of the most distinctive models in the history of the legendary Italian shipyard.
More compact and versatile than the iconic Aquarama, the Olympic combines the unmistakable Riva aesthetic with a genuine boating spirit. Hand-built in wood at the Riva shipyard in Sarnico, it was designed as a versatile day boat for cruising, swimming and water sports, while retaining the exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail for which Riva became world-renowned.

Riva Olympic No. 213
This example is Riva Olympic hull No. 213, powered by a Crusader V8 270 hp engine.
What makes this particular Olympic especially remarkable is its provenance: the boat has remained with the same owner since new. It has never changed hands throughout its life, offering an exceptionally clear and authentic ownership history for a classic Riva of this era.
Its hull number, original lineage and long-term single ownership make Brazilian Wave a particularly interesting example for collectors and enthusiasts of classic Italian boating.

A Riva built to be enjoyed
Today based in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Brazilian Wave continues to cruise the Mediterranean.
With its beautifully crafted mahogany construction, timeless lines and unmistakable V8 character, it represents an era when a boat was not simply a means of transportation, but a carefully crafted object of design and engineering.
More than a collector's piece, the Olympic remains what it was always intended to be: a Riva built to be on the water.
